It has been a challenging 5 days. I have not written enough recipes for you and I have been hungry. I am eating every 2-3 hours but as promised those cravings for sugar and carbs have been almost unbearable. On day 4 I finally gave in and ate a 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta in cream sauce.
I have been consistent with my work outs and am really trying to love vegetables! It has paid off! Today I measured and lost 3.5 inches. I lost 1 inch off my waist, in only five days!
Most likely this is water weight but it is amazing to wake up and not feel bloated. This gives me the energy and encouragement to keep going.
In the attempt to mix up my work outs and try new things, I am heading off to Aerial Yoga.
