Brown’s Basics Foods was established in Missoula MT in 1979 by Mike and Valerie Brown. They ran a successful grocery store and had hopes to expand into coffee shop and bakery. Three daughters and 28 years later Brown’s Basics is being revived.
We are a custom order bakery. We work with each client individually to create desserts that perfectly complement their event. We customize ingredients and designs. We provide gluten free, dairy free, soy free, tapioca free and vegan recipes.
Though Brown’s Basics is being revived in Bend OR, it pays tribute to its Montana roots. You can count on our menu to feature mountain huckleberries, wild raspberries and blackberries. Watch for grass-fed beef and free-range eggs.
